Support deal origination and build and maintain good relationships with real estate developers, investors, and other real estate market participants such as surveyors and valuers
Lead deal execution and initiate procedure of credit approval and deal closing
Initiate in market research, cashflow analysis, site inspections, structuring, preparing term sheet and documentation process to support real estate related transactions
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with major in Finance or any related disciplines.
8 years’ relevant experience in real estate finance
Existing relationships with fund & sponsor clients is a plus
