About the Role
To drive and deliver the financial and non-financial business targets for BEA Partnership
Roles and Responsibilities:- Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch, active sales staff and various KPIs for designated branches/districts
Organize localized bank sales events and attend bank sales activities
Minimum Job Requirements:- University graduate with at least 4 years' (Assistant Manager) / 6 years'(Manager) insurance sales experience, preferably with bank's frontline experience
Obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
