About the Role

Drive and implement various Unit-Linked and pension business & special projects to achieve the business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead up various business & system projects to drive the Unit Linked business and enhance the operation efficiency.

• Lead up the fund corporate action handling process.
• Support the funds platform enhancement, due diligence, fund approval, review and monitoring for Unit-Linked and Pension fund platforms.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for different customer segments and distribution channels to develop the business strategy.
• Support the promotion and marketing activities & initiatives for various sales channels and end-clients to drive the Unit-Linked and Pension business.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as Internal & External Investment Manager, Product Development, Actuarial, Operations, Agency, Partnership Distribution, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, etc, for various business initiatives and special projects.
• Ensure the compliance with Hong Kong and Macau regulatory guidelines, internal governance structures and risk & compliance standards.

• Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by the department head to achieve overall business objectives.

  Minimum Job Requirements:- University graduate in Business, Finance and/or investment related discipline with a minimum of 7 years of experience in financial industry.

• Relevant experience in Unit Linked / Pension business or asset management is preferred.
• Possesses the ability to work flexibly with all internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goal.
• Demonstrate accountability and trust at work.
• Spoken and written fluency in Cantonese and English.
• Pass examinations of paper 1,3,5 of the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) and MPF Intermediaries examination is preferred

• Knowledge in Morningstar, Bloomberg and Lipper would be an advantage.
