About the Role
• Responsible for the implementation of various product initiatives to meet company's business goals, Group standards and regulatory requirements
• Ensure the implementation of product initiatives to support the multi-channels distribution and meet customer needs
• Oversight Risk and Operation issues related to product implementation process and Policy Generation System (PGS) system to ensure to meet the Group standards
Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead the Project Implementation Taskforce (PIT) to ensure that all the resources are well coordinated so that the product initiatives can be implemented smoothly and launched as per agreed timeline
Manage and lead team members
Minimum Job Requirements:- University / College graduate plus 8 years of working experience in the insurance industry, product implementation experience is preferable.
Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
