The Role

This is an opportunity for those looking to get into financial services consulting to work alongside our internal consultants who are able to provide initial support to help you demonstrate your end to end KYC, CDD, and client onboarding experience.

A candidate with a track record in banking periodic review or remediation projects will succeed in this project.

Consultants with a minimum of 2 years' experience within KYC/CDD/Client onboarding/periodic review would provide quality service to corporate customers by handling enquiries, requests, and follow-ups.

We are also open to a different seniorities of KYC experienced individuals, based on the range provided.

Responsibilities- Contact prospect corporate customers to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) : verify UBO/understand business/ access AML risk

• Request for documents for review and access risk Follow up with customers on outstanding documents
• Liaise and work with internal departments/ RMs/ CSO to facilitate a smooth delivery of customer service and to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Input data into AOS system for BCAP screening & approval process.
• Seek approval from Team Head / Unit Head or to seek recommendation from Unit Head for approval from Higher Authority.
• Deliver quality service to prospective customers
• Perform other administrative & operations works as required.

• Ensure compliance of mandatory banking processes

  Your Profile

Requirements - 2 years minimum in relevant role (KYC, CDD, Client onboarding, or related projects)

• Cantonese is a must, Mandarin beneficial
• Customer focus Concern for data accuracy and attention to details
• Good product & process knowledge
• Being a team player and responsive

• Proficiency in the use of MS Office including Excel
