Assistant Manager to Manager, Wealth Management Product Development , RBD

Job Responsibilities- Close liaison with business partners to prepare the product plans, marketing activites and campaigns

Review tactical and strategic plans to boost the sales revenue in order to achieve year end assigned target within regulatory framework
Review the product perform of the bank to enrich the product range offerings
Support product sales and frontline sales on the business in providing marketing ideas
Proeactively track the product plan and business strategy
Ensure the product offering and selling process is comply with internal and external regulatory requirement
Conduct product and provider due diligence with regular evaluation

Job Requirements- University graduate, preferably with major in Finance, Economics, Business Administration.
5-7 years of solid experience in working with banking, asset management, insurance or other finance related field
CFA, CFP, FRM candidate is ideal, but is not a must
Strong business sense with good analytical skills, interpersonal and leadership capabilities
Detail-oriented and excellent project management skills
Good negotiation skills for liaison with business partners
Excellent communication skill in written and spoken English & Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
Able to work under pressure
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
