Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for insurance? An insurance company is currently hiring for the position of Agency Development Manager with a highly competitive salary range and bonus scheme.

The Role- Manage and mentor a large team of Agents providing guidance, support, and training to maximize their potential.

• Handle segmentation promotion program
• Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and compliance within the agency network, upholding our strong governance standards.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and meet organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective training programs, equipping agents with the knowledge and skills necessary for success.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective measures when required.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.

  Your Profile: - Proven experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.

• Strong understanding of governance practices and the ability to ensure compliance within the agency network.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills to inspire and lead a large team.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs that drive performance improvement.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to manage a vast network of agents effectively.
