In-House Recruiter (Top-tier investment firm)

The Company

Our client is a sizable Financial Institution and is urgently looking for an in-house recruiter with MNC experiences to join the company. This is a 6-month contract looking for a candidate to start immediately.

The Role - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies

• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure their qualifications match the job requirements
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
• Maintain ongoing relationship with university campuses for campus recruitment
• Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience

• Perform ad hoc tasks

  Your Profile - Bachelor's degree or above

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment is a must, both in-house and external recruiters are welcome
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices, with proven record of filling roles
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Good time management and detail minded
• Good command of both spoken and written English

• Immediate available/ short notice period is preferred
