Job Duty :
Manage the interest rate risk, liquidity risk and currency mismatch in the banking book.
Execute interbank lending/borrowing, FX swap transactions and repo transactions in accordance to the bank's asset-liability position.
Ensure all key risk indicators follow internal limits and regulatory requirements and advise strategies to maximize profit within risk framework.
Lead in the money market related projects and new initiatives and participate in ad hoc assignments as requirement.
Conduct interest rate market analysis & research and compile reports on market's updated conditions, trends, and information. Present views on interest rate outlook for formulating ALM strategies.
Carry out ad hoc assignment as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above preferably in Finance, Economics, or relevant disciplines. CFA preferred.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as LMR will be a plus
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
Minimum 5 years' experience in active money market trading.
