VP - Corporate Finance

We're currently representing an Asian Corporate Bank in Hong Kong looking to add to their Corporate Finance business to cover North Asia and Philippines lending transactions.

Responsibilities:

Lead origination and structuring activities for transactions within North Asia and Philippines including but not limited to Corporate Acquisition Finance, Structured Finance, Project Finance, etc.
Maintain and develop both new and existing relationships with corporates and financial institutions across North Asia and the Philippines
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on execution of mandates
Identify opportunities within the corporate finance space from corporate and institutional clients

Requirements:

Strong banking experience from related spaces including but not limited to Structured Finance, Project Finance, Leveraged Finance, etc.
Solid education background attained from reputable institutions
Familiarity with North Asia market landscape
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
