Job Description
Our client, a leading insurance company, is looking for a Scrum Master to join their Scrum Master Team to work on different projects/digital tools. They are looking at ways in which they can improve their Agile processes across these areas. This role will require you to facilitate agile development processes in different teams , collaborate closely with different projects to uphold Scrum principles and practices through projects engagement. Finally, take ownership of successful product delivery in the assigned projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
• 5+ years' experience in IT (as a BA), experience with Scrum Master duties
• A proactive, passionate personality
• Experience working in a Scrum environment
• Experience working with vendors and stakeholders
• Scrum Master Certificate
