Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.
Responsibilities - Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth of SME business

• Lead, inspire and motivate Team Leads and RMs of the cluster to achieve business goals
• Provide guidance, coaching and feedback to the cluster to drive business performance
• Cultivate relationship with new clients and deepen the wallet share of existing clients through providing sound financial solutions and advices
• Ensure compliance of internal guidelines and regulatory requirements

• Monitor and manage risk exposures by fostering a strong control environment and culture

  Requirements - Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines

• Minimum 15 years' relevant experience in Institutional Banking and with proven experience in sales management
• Strong leadership capability and business connections with SME clients
• Strategic thinker with ability to interpret data and identify business trends and formulate business plans
• Excellent communication, presentation and people skills
• Cross border / China business development experience is a plus
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua

• Qualified Relevant Individual and able to be registered for Regulated Activities 1 & 4
