Director - M&A and Private Credit Origination

I'm currently representing a tier-1 Chinese securities firm looking to expand their business within the region by adding a seasoned professional who can identify opportunities in offshore financing.

Responsibilities:

Lead origination activities by developing and maintaining new and existing relationships with corporate clients across Greater China
Partner closely with internal stakeholders on execution activities
Lead negotiation and review of legal documentation while liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Identify offshore financing opportunities and give solutions using JPY/CNH/USD

Requirements:

Strong experience with proven track record of originating offshore financing, M&A, or private credit transactions
Solid education background attained from reputable institutions
Extensive network with Greater China based private owned enterprises
Proficiency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English
