The Role - Gathering and analyzing data to identify business problems and opportunities for improvement.

• Developing and documenting business requirements, process workflows, and user stories.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize business needs and define project scope.
• Creating and presenting reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Developing and executing test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
• Providing training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Monitoring and measuring the success of implemented solutions, and making recommendations for further improvements.

• Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

  Your Profile

  To qualify as a BA for this role, you MUST have: - Experience in custody operations in Securities services domain will be ideal

• Strong knowledge of process reengineering methodologies, business process management, and change management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, facilitating workshops, and driving consensus.

• Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within defined timelines.
