Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and job offers
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters
Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness
Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience in various HR functions
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
