One-Eight-One Hotel & Serviced Residences is a new brand that is set to rock the hospitality scene in Hong Kong.

Operated by One-Eight-One Hospitality Management Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of HK-listed conglomerate - Liu Chong Hing Investment Limited), this property is located in Western District and commands panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. The 182-room hotel and serviced residences is now looking for energetic and service-oriented individuals to join our Team.

The One-Eight-One brand is focused on consistently high-quality guest experience. Whether our guests are in town for a short business trip, a shopping spree or longer stays, we want to offer them a Home Away From Home through attentive service and familiar smiles amidst warm and cozy interior settings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Report and communicate with the Front Office Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations
  2. Supervise guest relations colleagues to ensure maximum guest satisfaction by providing personal recognition and prompt cordial attention to guests from arrival to departure
  3. Maximize social engagement in an effort to further improve on service delivery
  4. React to any situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition during their stays in the hotel
  5. Respond properly in any kind of emergency or safety situations
  6. Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve related problems

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Degree Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  2. Minimum 6 years of guest services / hotel experience with 3 years in a supervisory capacity
  3. Mature and with excellent problem-solving skill
  4. Willing to go the extra mile and has a real passion in hospitality
  5. Demonstrate high ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel
  6. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua or other language is an advantage
  7. Holder of recognized First Aid certificate
