We are looking for a Horizon Club Manager based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Horizon Club Manager, we rely on you to:
- Provide guest services as well as supervision, direction and leadership in Horizon Club Lounge
- Supervise the team and Club Lounge operations and workflow to maximize guests satisfaction
- Build relationships with guest to delight and gain loyalty
- Conduct daily and monthly meeting to highlight area of improvement in the service aspects and obtain feedback
- Provide personalized and prompt service to VIP guests, ensure that all special requests and room assignments are followed up, keep up-to-date the guest preference in the system
- Monitor food hygiene and good service standards, the service, quality and set up of the buffet breakfast and evening cocktails are as per Hotel standard
We are looking for someone who has:
- Degree Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years work experience in Front Office / Club Lounge / Guest Relations Department
- Knowledge in F&B Operations
- Able to lead and motivate the team
- Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
