Our Group represents a dynamic force in Hong Kong's F&B sector, managing an expansive portfolio of approximately 300 outlets across several prestigious brands. Due to our rapid expansion, we're seeking high-calibre candidates to join our growing team.

Job Description：

• Production & R&D Manager in developing new food products by conducting research, and ideation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operation, and purchasing, to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Ensure all nutrition and labelling information accurate to comply with Hong Kong food regulations
• Assist in managing the documentation and record-keeping related to R&D activities, including formulation details, and test results.

Job Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Food Science, or relevant discipline
• More than 7 years of practical experience in developing new beverage products with solid research & development experience
• Strong negotiator with good interpersonal skill and willing to be a team player
• Good communication and presentation skills and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
