China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited (“China Life (Overseas)") with presence in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Indonesia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Life Insurance (Group) Company, China’s largest financial insurance corporation.

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, and conduct training programs and tools to support business strategy of distribution channels and development of corporate staff
• Conduct and facilitate product, sales or CPD training, forum and seminar to support business strategy of distribution channels
• Develop training tools/e-learning with different format such as video editing, interactive e-learning production
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners for effective training development
• Manage course development and program review according to stipulated standards
• Lead training projects and ad hoc programs as assigned
• Prepare management report and documentation on training effectiveness
• Maintain accurate training record

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree preferable in business or training related disciplines
• At least 4 years of training experience in insurance, banking or IFA, preferably with experience in bancassurance
• Possess sound financial knowledge, holder of CFP or related professional qualification will be a definite asset
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Self-motivated, assertive, innovative with strong analytical, problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking
• Good team player and outgoing personality
• Able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
