Responsiblities:

• Preparation of comprehensive reports on interest rate, maturity mismatch, liquidity, and FX risks, along with maintaining control over related exposures.
• Managing and enhancing the company's FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing) framework.
• Assisting in the establishment and annual review of ALM policies, guidelines, procedures, and manuals.
• Executing treasury transactions, primarily focusing on bank deposits and bond investment products.
• Collaborating with the department head and performing additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Possess professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, or CPA (considered advantageous).
• Have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the field of Asset & Liability Management.
• Exhibit proficiency in spoken Putonghua and English.
• Be a competent team player and self-starter, capable of working independently with a strong analytical mind and a sense of duty.
