The network engineer supports enterprise WAN network and Data Centre Network infrastructure for APAC region at the Customer site. He/she is responsible for analysing requirements and to design and implement network solution.

Responsibilities

• Lead/manage network related project/assignment
• Perform network related infrastructure installation, deployment, maintenance, support and troubleshooting
• Liaise with internal users and external vendors to collect user requirements and propose suitable network solutions
• Provide on-call support for production incident
• Provide audit and compliance support
• Create/maintain network asset and solution documentary
• Support/maintain network tools
• Ensure deliverables comply with corporate policies, standards and methodologies

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT network administration and support.
• Practical knowledge of the following technologies: Routing, Switching, WAN, QoS, and VPN.
• Experience with layer 2 and layer 3 routing, as well as network protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, and Netflow.
• Familiarity with major network management tools like SolarWinds and PRTG.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in networking.
• Hold a certification in CCNP or any relevant certificates
