Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our HR Operations team, where you will play a vital role in delivering HR projects that enhance our operations and elevate our employee experiences.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities: - Play an active role in the project team to drive various HR projects working in collaboration with HRIS, IT, Finance and implementation partner.

  • Create UAT Test Plans and Test Cases. Work closely with user during UAT and provide necessary support by creating different scenarios for testing
  • Assist in consolidation of user requirement and related activities
  • Conduct thorough data cleansing and data migration activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
  • Track and manage issues, risks and key decisions
  • Assist with change management activities and ensure smooth implementation of HR projects.
  • Support the ah-hoc tasks for HR Operations team

Requirements: - Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in in project management, with a focus on HR payroll and HR Information System

  • Strong understanding of payroll processing and related systems
  • Familiarity with system integration and data migration best practices
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws and regulations
  • Experience of using Workday is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
