CLIENT BACKGROUND
Our client is a leading Private Bank. We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join the team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Facilitate and oversee the Private Bank Support team to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective business risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on team performance and risk assessments.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within the Private Bank.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related sector.
• Proven track record in team leadership and project management.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
