Your new job is a well-known corporate bank with business across the globe.
Your new role
Perform general administrative and operational support including filing and data input
Regular checking of daily and monthly mailing records, centralised mailing work,
Manage office supplies, procurement, and office relocation projects
Support internal document delivery
Address queries from employees and clients
Other ad hoc duties assigned by managers
What you'll need to succeed
Form 5 graduation or above
At least 5 years of related experience with administration experience
Good command of both English and Cantonese
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
Working hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with 1 hour lunch break
