The Company :

• Property owner & property investor (landlord) focus in office buildings
• We own several blocks of office buildings as well as several office premises in Hong Kong
• We are looking for Assistant Leasing Manager - with details as follows :

The Job :- Report to General Manager

• Perform all round leasing activities for the Company-owned properties focus in office buildings & office premises
• Handle new lettings and tenancy renewal of the Group’s property portfolio including marketing, tenancy administration, liaise and negotiate with property agents, potential clients and tenants;
• Review and implement marketing plans to maximize leasing opportunities
• Build relationship with potential new tenants and provide professional leasing service to drive occupancy rate
• Supervise the work of one clerical subordinate
• Degree holder
• 5+ years experience in property leasing, tenancy administration or property management;
• Experience in office buildings is a big plus
• Experience in landlord side is highly prefer
• Strong in building and enhancing relationship with potential new tenants to drive occupancy rate
• Proficient of spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing;
• 5 days work
