A well-established organization with multi region presence headquartered in Hong Kong is currently seeking for a dynamic HR professional to join them as the Regional Head of Human Resources.

About the Role

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives within respective markets
• Lead and manage the HR team in the region, providing guidance, coaching and mentorship to ensure HR excellence
• Drive talent excellence through recruitment, succession planning, learning & development and performance management
• Strengthen employee relations with well-planned and target staff engagement and retention initiatives
• Achieve human capital efficiency including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning
• Maximizing organizational productivity and capacity with effective compensation & benefits programs
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of experience gained as a proven HR leader preferably within the Hospitality, Aviation and Retail or consumer / service centric sectors
• Strong business and numerical sense with strategic HR advisory skills
• Proven track record of success overseeing HR function across multi - markets
• Outstanding communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
• Capable problem solver and decision maker
• Able to operate and lead within a fast pace and complex environment
• Proficient in both verbal and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
