• We own several toy brands and collaborate with international toy brands to develop, produce, and distribute a wide range of toys for children worldwide.
• Main Market: US major retailers and international toy brands
• We are looking for QA ENGINEER - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Monitor the IQC, QA and QC processes including factory audit for quality assurance system and social accountability;
• Assist to manage the operation of China QC team and monitor QC inspection processes and activities;
• Participate in implementing quality assurance programs to ensure our product quality are in compliance with the company’s and our clients’ requirements, as well as meeting the international safety standards (such as ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, EMC, EN62115 and CHPA );
• Work with factories to ensure product quality meets our quality requirement;
• Work with internal departments to ensure our product design complies with international safety standard and retailers' protocols;
• Prepare QA specifications (covering product specification, inspection procedure and qualification plans);
• Work with 3rd party laboratories on risk assessment especially for new requirements or directives, and to ensure product safety certificates are available timely;
• Work with factories for sample drawing and submission;
• University graduate in Electronic/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years of plastic/electronic/soft toys experience in trading/manufacturing industry;
• Good knowledge of international safety standard including but not limit to ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, EMC, EN62115, CPSIA, RoHS, REACH, CPHA, etc.;
• Well-versed in GSV C-TPAT, ICTI, ISO 9001, COC audit;
• Good computer skills (eg Windows and Microsoft Office);
• Proficient in spoken & written English and Mandarin;
• Ability to travel to China and work with China QCs
• 5 days work : Mon to Fri 9:00am-5:30pm
• 13 months salary plus performance bonus
