Position OverviewMy client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sustainability Leader to join the team. This role requires a dual focus: acting as an intermediary between internal stakeholders and external clients while driving sustainability initiatives that align with the group mission of quality management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sustainability practices and a client-oriented mindset to enhance our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sustainability strategies

• Serve as a liaison between various departments and clients to ensure effective communication and understanding of sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct assessments and audits to evaluate current sustainability practices and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their sustainability needs and provide tailored solutions that foster compliance and growth.
• Monitor and report on sustainability metrics and progress towards established goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability and quality management.
• Provide training and technical assistance to internal teams and clients on sustainability practices and compliance requirements.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

• Proven experience in sustainability management, consulting, or a related field, with a focus on quality management.
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations and risk management related to sustainability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives in a client-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Global scope, consulting background required
