Job Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the R&D team in developing new mobile accessories and small domestic appliances.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Guide product development from concept to market-ready trials.
• Review technical reports and ensure design accuracy.
• Manage new product, material, and process development.
• Oversee the product category roadmap and project timelines.
• Provide design direction for business decisions.
• Support distributor co-creation and address customer complaints.
• Work with QARA, Production, and Engineering for smooth project transitions.
• Build relationships with external partners to support strategic plans.
• Manage the Bill of Materials (BoM) and departmental budgets.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Product/Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Design Engineering/Product Design.
• Proficient in 3D CAD tools
• Strong background in product development processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiar with product-market fit for consumables.
• Leadership and mentoring skills required.
