- We are seeking a Human Resources & Admin professional to lead our Human Resources and Factory Admin functions in our manufacturing plants

Role Summary 職位概要
- Reporting line: Directly to the CEO
- 匯報線:直接向行政總裁匯報
- Lead Managers overseeing Human Resources, Factory Administration, and Environment, Health & Safety compliance
- 領導負責人力資源、工廠行政及環境、健康與安全合規的經理
- Provide leadership that combines operational oversight with strong HR expertise
- 提供兼具營運監督及人力資源專業的領導能力
- Deliver strategic input and regular reporting to the CEO
- 向行政總裁提供策略建議及定期匯報
Ideal Candidate 理想人選
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 擁有學士學位或以上
- Minimum 10 years of management experience in Human Resources and Factory Administration
- 至少 10 年人力資源及工廠行政管理經驗
- Background in Electronics Manufacturing is an advantage
- 具電子製造業背景者優先
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical problem-solving abilities
- 具備強大的組織能力、多工處理能力及分析解難技巧
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- 擁有卓越的溝通、人際及領導能力
- Fluency in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- 流利的英語及中文(包括普通話)
Key Responsibilities 主要職責
- Lead Managers overseeing Human Resources, Factory Administration, and Environment, Health & Safety compliance
- 領導負責人力資源、工廠行政及環境、健康與安全合規的經理
- Develop and implement HR strategies covering recruitment, retention, employee relations, and policy execution
- 制定及執行涵蓋招聘、留任、員工關係及政策執行的人力資源策略
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements across administrative functions
- 確保行政職能的營運效率及符合法規要求
- Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
- 定期向董事會提供最新匯報及策略建議
