Primarily provide equity restructuring and tax-related consulting services to client companies: Collaborate with client companies to deliver professional advice on equity restructuring and tax matters, including tax planning, tax optimization, and compliance assessment.
Maintain and manage relationships with partners related to corporate structure and tax matters, such as law firms, accounting firms, and tax consulting firms.
Stay updated on and gather information about legal and industry developments relevant to client companies.
Develop and plan related business processes and complete documentation such as product specifications.
Conduct training for other employees in the department on relevant topics.
Handle other tasks delegated by different departments.
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, cross-border transactions, investment banking, or tax-related fields, with at least 5 years of experience working with mainland Chinese companies and executing service projects for them.
Previous experience in accounting firms, tax consulting, corporate services, investment banking, or banking and financial services teams preferred, with experience in handling cross-border transactions being a plus.
Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English languages.
