Our client is a well-established family office with a proven track record in commercial value-add investments. With the growth of the organization, our client is looking for an outstanding individual to join them due to expansion.
Reporting to the CIO, you will be responsible for macro-related research. Monitoring the changes in narratives and events in the global markets. Lead analysis and development of investment opportunities with asymmetric risk and reward using a variety of instruments including but not limited to derivatives, futures, and FX. Develop and maintain all quantitative tools and systems required. Assist in the maintenance of other corporate systems as needed.
To be qualified, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 4 years of work experience with a minimum of 2 years in an analytical role in hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity funds, banks or other related firms. Sound understanding of impact of changes in expectation of macro events on various asset classes. Strong modeling and programing skills (Excel VBA, Python, SQL) and database knowledge. Excellent communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. Proficient in Bloomberg & other commercial OMS/EMS/PMS and risk management systems a plus. Experience in developing/using Multi-Factor models a plus.
