Reporting to the Global Head of CSR, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring ESG strategic plans for the asset management business in Asia. You will provide recommendation and strategic plans to Management in responding to the change of ESG market and industry trend and act as a project manager in managing and implementing ESG strategic projects and liaise with other business units. You will also lead the implementation of ESG integration effort across sustainable investment portfolios, from ESG data integration and research process innovation, to controversy monitoring and portfolio ESG risk framework implementation. You will represent the company and demonstrate thought leadership at industry conferences, seminars, events on Corporate Sustainability and ESG/ Climate topics.
To be considered, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in ESG. You should have proven experience in supporting executive level management, driving interdepartmental collaboration as well as experience in strategic planning and development together with strong business acumen and analytical skills. Lastly, you should possess strong project management, problem-solving and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to take initiative and critically analyze processes and procedures.
