Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for the following:-

Provide guidance and coaching to teams to adhere to the Agile methodology
Facilitate agile practices (such as daily stand-ups, backlog, retrospective, etc.) and provide support to the team to resolve impediments
Track agile metrics, monitor, follow-up and resolve any issues as needed
Assist with sprint/release planning and agile iterations
Contribute to development and maintenance of project standards, processes, and best practices
Manage the entire project life cycle based on Scrum framework

To be considered for these roles as a Scrum Master, you possess the following:-

University degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
Relevant project experience in roles such as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Prior experience in technology projects, development, testing, etc. would be advantageous
Professional qualifications such as PSM, CSM, etc. are preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Prior experience and track record in project delivers under the agile delivery methodology
Experienced in complex cross-regional project and stakeholder management
Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, and added advantage for candidates with Mandarin skills
Immediately available candidates will have an added advantage
