Human Resources Officer (HR Business Support) (1-year Contract)

Key Accountabilities:

Support business processes such as pre-employment, on/off boarding and changes during employment cycle.
Responsible for data inputs into HR Information System and HR record maintenance.
Handle enquiries from potential candidates/employees from time to time.
Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the team.
Assist in ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR operations is preferred. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
Hands-on experience in supporting HR function, preferably in banking or financial industry.
Possess knowledge of employment related ordinance and regulations.
Good PC skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
