Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, allowing stakeholders to gain valuable insights.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their requirements and transform them into actionable visualizations and reports.
• Analyze data sets using SQL to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop efficient and scalable data models and database structures to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, define metrics, and deliver analytical solutions.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate data analysis, reporting, and visualization processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in business intelligence tools and techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
• Advanced skills in Tableau, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of data visualization and dashboard development.
• Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write complex queries and work with large datasets.
• Experience with Python for data analysis and manipulation is preferred.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, database design, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
