Broker, Trainee, Trade Execution
Your new company
Our client is the largest global interdealer broker who is now looking for a Broker Trainee to join their HK office. You will be joining this world-leading provider and connecting clients to the global financial and commodities markets. Ongoing training and career development opportunities will be provided along with performance-based incentives. Taiwanese Speaker or Cantonese Speaker with fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
Your new role
- Execute trades, build client relationships, and understand products and client goals.
- Increase revenue through existing client development, onboarding new clients, and cross-selling.
- Stay informed on products, markets, regulations, and seek industry feedback.
- Support business strategy, identify opportunities, and ensure compliance with regulations and client onboarding.
What you'll need to succeed
- Market and economic awareness with a strong viewpoint
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills (client-facing experience is a plus)
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Customer-focused, collaborative, and adaptable
