Actively participate in all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, specification review, and identifying testing conditions.
Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) exercises, including scheduling, resource allocation, test case creation, environment setup, and reporting issues and results.
Validate and update processes during UAT execution.
Contribute to the actual implementation process, including scheduling, data conversion, and pre- and post-implementation activities.
Conduct user training and provide post-implementation maintenance support.
Prepare data conversion plans, test plans, test cases, reports, manuals, and training materials.
Use test automation to improve testing efficiency.
Perform production support tasks for the core scheme administration system (TAS).
Act as a security control advisor, asset owner, and custodian based on the information security framework.
Undertake assigned ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAT-related experience.
Strong command of written English and Chinese.
Ability to independently review business and technical documentation and schedule UAT tasks.
Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Cucumber...)
