Health Program Director / Associate Director / Senior Manager

Job Description

Program Management - Drive technology delivery for a health program projects to achieve integrated health information flow inside the organization

Lead various aspects of project delivery including financial and budget planning, execution and delivery, reporting and risk management control
Engage with group office, senior collaborators (C-level) for project reporting and alignment
Engagement with strategic discussion and provide strong technical, digital and analytics support to business collaborators
Ensure the alignment of delivery for the overall program and deliver individual component projects

Healthcare aspect - Understand healthcare ecosystem and drive data capturing/generation, assimilation of data and usage
Understand the healthcare ecosystem including healthcare providers, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, wellness service providers etc
Understand the data standards in Healthcare - CPT, ICD codes etc

Job Requirements: - 8+ years of Program / Project Management experience, significant experience in medical / healthcare projects is a plus

Effective communications skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to technology platforms used in Healthcare ecosystem
Proven experience in collaborator management capabilities with experience in addressing senior (C-Level) formus is a plus
Strong Aglie knowledge
