Technical Project Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Design and lead the overall project plan; manage each step of the IT project SDLC

  • Build and lead a project team, assign tasks, and ensure effective communication
  • Track the achievement of project goals and promote project implementation,
  • Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement corrective measures
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensure project timelines and deliverables are on track
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines
  • Implement quality standards, manage project-related changes, maintain project documentation
  • Collaborate with vendors to meet project requirements
  • Organize the preparation of project application materials and monitor project process;
  • Prepare project evaluation materials and acceptance materials, and implement post-project evaluation and technical post-evaluation;
  • Focus on ability improvement of the project team, participate in work exchanges on project management knowledge, process improvement, etc

  Requirements

• Bachelor� degree or equivalent experience. Engineering, Computer Science or other technical related fields is preferred.

  • 5 years of experience in managing technical projects, with at least 2 year of experience managing large and complex enterprise projects.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, management capabilities and able to organize multiple projects in parallel
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Persistent, proactive, and is able to work well under pressure and challenges.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to clearly identify and articulate business impact, technical constraints, and other key components of the project.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
  • Certified PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or equivalent is preferred
  • Direct experience in the banking industry or cloud services is preferred
