Manager, IT Planning & Management

Main Responsibilities

Assist to prepare regular management reports, headquarter reports and other reports for the Fintech Division
- Assist to work on Fintech strategic and annual work plan
- Provide full-range of administrative and operational support to the Fintech Division
- Act as a coordinator among different business units or teams on various projects
- Assist in the coordination/ liaison with internal departments and external parties/ business partners to facilitate the operations of the department
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines
- At least 3 years' related experience
- Excellent Chinese writing with native spoken Mandarin and proficient in spoken and written English
- Experience in IT industry is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills, sound analytical thinking and good team player
- Candidate with less experience would be considered for Assistant Manager role
