AM, Procurement (Contract Management)

Main Responsibilities

Review procurement contracts;
- Setup management record for procurement contracts;
- Monitor procurement contract execution, including but not limited to the progress of contract execution, any changes of contract, breach of contract, contract expiration, contract renewal., etc;
- Keep records for the above circumstances and send alert to relevant parties if needed;
- Arrange and follow up vendor performance evaluation for each contract with relevant parties;
- Other ad hoc requests.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in procurement management / supply chain management / Law and other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management / vendor management / procurement / legal or relevant experiences.
- Good command of both English and Chinese (including spoken Putonghua)
