Oversee the Credit Department and supervise the unit heads in the department to ensure efficient operation of the department
Ensure credit policies and credit risk management systems are implemented in accordance with the requirements of the HKMA
Liaison with other departments/units with a view to maintain/enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the credit workflows
Conduct proper and thorough credit assessment to protect the Bank’s interest from credit losses as directed by Senior Management
Requirements:
University degree with minimum 10 years of experience in banking, of which at least with 5 years in management of Credit functions in relation to Retail and Corporate/Commercial banking risk management environment
Proficiency in written English, financial analysis, security documentation and credit recovery operations
Passed in one or more of the qualifications in Professional Level / Core Level under ECF is preferable
