Senior Developer Engineer

Company Our client is a highly impactful investment bank looking for a senior Java developer to join their company. The team is globally diverse and values teamwork to build innovative sales and trading platforms. The team also works hand in hand with their business partners to ensure transparency and efficiency.

Your Role
- Design and build a highly available synthetic trading platform that is also scalable across Asia Pacific
- Undertake and put implement strategic decision that oversee the design and architecture of the platform
- Communicate with risk/control teams to ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the front office trading teams to ensure efficient delivery of new software
Requirements
- High level understanding and experience with working with Java, which includes using JVM, garbage collection, data structures and non-blocking.
- Working experience in an investment banking setting
- Detailed knowledge of DeltaOne and Synthetic trading
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of AGILE and DevOps is a bonus
