Deputy Head of FCC, Retail and Commercial Bank

Responsibilities

Lead the team and develop the bank's FCC framework for various business lines and activities to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations of good practice applicable to the bank.
Evaluate and manage the AML/CTF risks arising from the business of the bank.
Act as the fatal contact point with external and internal regulators, as well as with the business units and other parties in the bank.
Advise on the development and implementation of the bank's FCC procedures and controls.
Look after the potential CDD and EDD risks for retail, corporate, and institutional clients.
Design the AML assurance framework and guide its execution.
Coordinate with other FCC functions for trainings and assessments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree holder with a minimum 15 years of professional working experience in AML advisory and CDD matters.
Experience or knowledge in compliance monitoring or testing is preferred.
Experience working for a large commercial bank, trustee company, regulatory authority, or police force is an advantage.
Experience in developing and implementing business advisory frameworks and advising in-house FCC functions is a must.
Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
