Title: Talent Development Manager
Location: Hong Kong
About the Role:
Our client is a leading energy company listed on the HK Stock Exchange, who is looking for a Talent Development Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Identify high-potential employees through talent assessment processes
- Partner with line managers, HR teams and other stakeholders to understand the evolving capability and talent needs
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and HR teams to design and deliver talent development programs, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Identify key skill gaps and training needs to create targeted programs that enhance employee performance and potential
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in talent development,
- In charge of Project Management Systems (PMS) and Training programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years of in talent development/management or Learning & Development
- Experience in designing talent programmes will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good understanding on L&D best practices
- Resourceful self-starter and solution oriented.
- Collaborative with the ability to create strong working relationships.
