Key Responsibilities
Oversee the management and administration of a diverse portfolio of offshore entities and entities in Hong Kong.
Lead a team of administrators who are responsible for managing company formations, coordinating office activities, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and maintaining accurate records.;
Develop and implement strategic plans for the department, aligning with the organization's overall objectives;
Mentor and coach team managers, promoting their professional development and enhancing team performance;
Ensure the team's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
Contribute towards the organization as a whole to identify improvements to processes, policies, and procedures and any other service innovation changes that would improve the client experience;
Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior corporate administration position, preferably in an offshore law firm, CPA firm, or independent corporate services company;
Demonstrated experience in leading a team size of 20 - 30
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication skills;
