Job Summary:
Experienced FP&A professional to lead the monthly Group management reporting and forecast process and the annual budgeting process.

Job Duties:

Job Responsibilities: - Lead the Group's monthly management reporting and forecast process.

  • Lead the Group's annual budgeting process.
  • Prepare/review detailed financial variance analysis, forecasting models, and scenario analysis with detailed attribution of key drivers.
  • Prepare/review reports and presentation slides (including management reports, budgets and forecasts) to senior management and the board.
  • Manage a team of seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis professionals.
  • Drive improvements across financial and operational processes (including identifying opportunities for workflow automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and visualization), and implement effective change management.
  • Design and implement policies, procedures and other measures of management reporting and budgeting, as required.
  • Partner with business managers to implement policies and achieve strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct peer analysis.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors.
  • Carry out ad-hoc projects Job Requirements.

    Requirements: - University degree holder preferably in finance, economics or other business related subjects.

  • Qualified accountant.
  • At least 15 years' experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, with deep experience in management reporting and forecasting, budgeting, process improvement and change management.
  • At least 7 years of management experience.
  • Financial services experience preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and presentation skills.
  • A change agent with a "hands on" approach, strong team management and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to convert strategic direction into operational activity.
  • Strong and dynamic team player and motivator even in high pressure situations; strong business sense with ability to multitask across priorities and achieve deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communications skill and proactive attitude.
