Head of Development (Payment)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the department's activities related to product and system development/enhancement for various products, such as credit cards and payment products.
Respond promptly and proactively by formulating product development and innovation strategies to enhance the company's competitiveness in the market.
Collaborate with the Group IT Department, as well as internal and external stakeholders, in alignment with the company's strategic development plan.

Job Requirements:

Cantonese and Mandarin are MANDTAORY
10 years in financial services industry and familiar with the card/payment product + latest market trends
Demonstrate a sound understanding of the complete lifecycle of card/payment business, HK regulations, and possess solid project management experience.
