Support the CFO in overseeing financial operations, managing and controlling the organization's financial processes, and implementing necessary changes to upgrade and improve existing processes, policies, or procedures.
Assist the CFO in special/ad-hoc projects as directed by Managing Partners
Collaborate with the Asia and Group Business Operations teams, utilizing effective communication and influencing skills to drive changes and initiatives.
Scope of Work
Financial Planning & Analysis
Support the CFO in overseeing the Asia budget, analyzing financial data, managing risks, identifying trends, ensuring internal controls, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models to facilitate decision-making and scenario analysis.
KPI and Compensation Analysis
Assist in the KPI process and year-end compensation analysis.
Provide support for Asia carry tracking and analysis.
Group Reporting / Projects
Work closely with the Group Finance team on 10 years financial forecast and projection model, global system/initiatives roll-out, and process streamlining and optimization to achieve operational leverage.
Requirements
Prefer candidates from similar private equity / asset management / banking or investment related industry
At least 10-15 years of works experience is preferred
Solid FP&A, corporate accounting, regional accounting experience is an advantage
